  • All orders begin shipping within 2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays), unless otherwise noted on the product page.
  • When your order ships, you’ll receive tracking info via email or SMS.
  • We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on item size, weight, and destination.


RATES & DELIVERY

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and chosen carrier.

ADDRESS & DELIVERY ISSUES

  • No address changes can be made after checkout.
  • Double-check your shipping address before placing your order — we are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to incorrect addresses.
  • If a package shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, you must contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • All sales are final — no returns except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
  • If your item is defective or wrong, contact us within 7 days of receipt for refund or replacement.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.
